On the other hand, I have some good memories of going through a baggie of ditch marijuana, grinding it up, & rolling joints by hand
Weed today is so expensive at the moment! I mean, it’s also much better then what I had available back in the day when I used to smoke a lot. In middle school & school it was always cheap, if you knew a guy, you purchased what she had. It was never the same woman providing for long, so you took what you could get when you could get it. It wasn’t until much later in adulthood that I met regular dealers that always had, & treated it as a business, of course, these days it is a business, & there are cannabis dispensaries located all over the place, so there is a lot to choose from, but none of it is cheap, whenever you get the nice, legal cannabis dispensary then you are not just paying for the weed, itself, but the mortgage, the loans, the insurance, the taxes, etc. These places definitely have dire overhead, so they charge through the roof, but at least you get high quality cannabis products you can count on. It’s truly cool having a selection of yummy pre-rolled joints & blunts, in almost any strains of cannabis you can dream of. On the other hand, I have some good memories of going through a baggie of ditch marijuana, grinding it up, & rolling joints by hand. The convenience is certainly nice, but I suppose that doing things yourself means more, even if it’s something simple like smoking marijuana. When possible I like to dump a basket of marijuana out, to grind it up by hand & twist it up into several one-paper monster joints.
