I received an email from the marijuana dispensary where I usually shop.
The email included a list of all sales and specials for the weekend.
I was particularly excited when I saw all of the vape carts were BOGO. I usually buy very inexpensive vape carts, but I was excited to see that all of the products were on sale. I decided to order several of the vape carts that have great terpenes. Terpenes add a lot of flavor to the distillate oil. Cartridges without terpenes tend to taste like a marijuana flower. I don’t mind the taste of marijuana, but I think it is very neat and interesting that I can buy marijuana oil that tastes like oranges, eucalyptus, bergamot, or pine. I added several different distillate oil cartridges to the cart and I placed my order online. About an hour later, a budtender contacted me to go through my order. They were out of a couple items that I ordered, but I replaced them with something else. When the budtender gave me the total for my order, I was surprised. It was twice as much as I expected. When I asked the budtender if I received the discount, she told me that the discount only applied to new patients. Since I was a regular, I did not qualify to receive the vape carts at the special bogo price. I was so upset and angry that I canceled my order all together. Nothing in the advertisement stated the special was for new patients and it didn’t make any sense. After all, they had my email because I signed up in the store for updates.
