There were three marijuana dispensaries within six blocks of where I live.
I hadn’t been in any of them since they were strictly medical marijuana.
A month ago, they legalized recreational marijuana and I was excited. It was going to take a while for them to get the law straightened out and for the marijuana dispensaries to transition. While I was waiting for the recreational marijuana store to be opened, I started to look for a marijuana store near me that offered delivery. I hadn’t been able to afford the medical marijuana card, which could have gotten me the marijuana that would help with my anxiety. Between the cost of the card and the cost of medical marijuana, I wouldn’t have been able to pay my other bills. Recreational marijuana meant I could get the marijuana I need and be able to go out in public again. The only thing that could be stopping me would be if I had to go into the marijuana dispensary every time I ran out of marijuana products. I watched closely for the dispensary to put up the signs. In the meantime, I was online looking at the three marijuana stores near me to see which one offered delivery. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that all three of the stores offered delivery services, but I had to go into the dispensary with my ID and prove who I was and that I was over 21. All it took was a call to my sister to ask her if she could take me to the marijuana dispensary and set up my marijuana delivery services.
