I grew up in a family of business owners being the child of two winemakers and the grandchild of a tailor and a seamstress.
When I was 12 years old, I thought long and hard about what I wanted to do with my life once I got older. Although the exact line of work often shifted in my mind, I knew that no matter what, I wanted to own a business of some sort. I did as well as I could in high school with the intent to attend a local community college to get my business degree. During this time I worked for a man who owned a bunch of vape stores around the city. He was really successful selling nicotine vaporizers and vape juice to go inside them, but he made serious money when CBD and hemp became legal. Now his vape stores are essentially CBD shops with a few vape and nicotine supplies on the side. He makes a lot of money on his quality full spectrum CBD products. When I moved across the country with my wife once we both finished college, I took my experience working in his CBD shops and opened my own CBD shop in the town where we settled. My CBD shop is the first of its kind in this town. I sell CBD capsules, tinctures, topicals like salves and creams, drinks, hemp flower products, and edibles. I tend to sell more CBD edibles than anything else, although the hemp flower buds and pre-rolled joints are also popular among my regular customers. I’m glad that I opted to open a CBD shop in this town because it has been nothing but success since day one.
