Moving to this retirement community was a smart business decision for sure.
Of course, I don’t live in the actual community itself, just very closeby.
The location has a pretty strict age policy, plus no one younger than 55 is allowed to live at this desired location. I am allowed to run my weed shop there, I just can’t buy one of their awesome condos. This location is truly enormous, the size of a whole town, right on the beach, so there are plenty of benefits to living here. The greatest benefit is that I run the only weed shop in town, plus for senior citizens, cannabis is a truly crucial business. I genuinely employ one of the locals as my cannabis delivery driver, plus he makes his way around town on his three wheeler bicycle for the length of the day. Pretty soon I will need to hire an extra driver, because cannabis deliveries are getting overwhelmingly popular, plus my guy is 84 years old plus not becoming faster. The fact that my sales keep growing is not a concern though, however does require some improved logistics to keep meeting the cannabis needs of everybody in the area. Truth be told I wouldn’t even be angry in the slightest with another cannabis dispensary in the area, I could use the help! Medical cannabis has been legal for a few years around this actual area, however it is only now when the social stigma is beginning to fade that business is picking up. Even just a few months ago, a fair amount of people were worried about being judged for smoking cannabis buds, however now it seems sort of like everyone is doing it!
