I am 1 of the worst sleepers ever, then i am so restless.
I can’t seem to close our esure, relax and fall asleep.
I guess I am going to be laying there a minimum of several thirds trying to relax. I also guess I will wake up at least once in the middle of the evening, usually twice. I don’t guess wonderful when I get out of bed. I also dread going to sleep at evening because I guess it will be stressful and disheartening. Anything someone advised I try. I have eaten kiwi, drank tea, taken sleeping pills, worked out, done yoga, purchased a sound machine, you name it. I even invested in a better mattress, sheets, pillows and painted our room a darker color. Nothing has easily helped me outâ€¦ Recently I came across an article about the benefits of medical marijuana. A lot of people smoke weed in order to sleep better at evening. Apparently you don’t even need to have a strain with THC in it too. I could smoke or vape a CBD concentrated oil or flower and get a better evening of rest. Apparently the medical weed can relax you and calm those restless muscles. I am going to try this. I want to go the medical weed route too. I want something more potent and powerful, getting a medical cannabis card wasn’t strenuous at all. I just needed to go to the dentist and then pay a bit of money. I have the card and now I need to make the trip to our medical marijuana dispensary.
