I have concerns with sleeping, both getting to sleep plus staying asleep.
This goes all the way back to when I was a little kid. I would get horrific night terrors, plus even worse I would sleepwalk, plus wake up anywhere very odd and different from when I fell asleep. Once I found myself in the treehouse, over fifteen feet off the ground in our backyard, with no memory of climbing up there! My parents never took myself and others to see a nurse, because they didn’t want their child put on meds for her whole life, plus I see their point of view about that. Now that I am an adult, I self-medicate for all our sleep concerns, mostly with cannabis indica. At first I did not suppose the difference between sativa plus indica, plus I spent a little time on the wrong tack! Sativa has a more energizing effect for multiple people, plus a much more clear-headed plus focused high, which is not what I needed. Indica, on the other hand, helps mellow myself and others out plus muddle our brain power a bit. I love to smoke cannabis right before bed, to help myself and others turn off our brain to drift off to sleep, however since discovering the right blend of cannabis indica, I have been sleeping much better, for longer, plus waking up much more rested, and during the morning hours I don’t tend to smoke much cannabis at all, I love to wait until late in the evening, then cannabis is great, and it’s a lot of fun, however for myself and others it’s far more important to use as a medicine, plus help myself and others keep getting nice rest.
