The manager didn't seem too concerned about my problem

I actually placed an online delivery order at the nearby pot shop… I was able to place the order online and I acquired a confirmation letting me see that the items would be delivered at approximately 6:45 p.m.

I guess that the times can change, especially on the weekends and evening hours.

By 8:30, I was questioning where my order was. I decided to contact the dispensary and I asked to speak with the manager. A truly young lady came to the phone and said she was the pot shop manager. I began to explain the issue going on and the manager told me that I needed to wait longer for the order to arrive. I tried to tell the manager that I had already been waiting for a very long while, however she did not seem to understand or care about my issue. There certainly was no way for me to cancel this late order, so I tried to relay the information to the manager. I finally hung up the phone and called back. Someone else answered me this time. I explained the drawback with my order and the guy told me that the delivery driver was on the way. I hoped the information was actually true this time. I waited 20 more minutes and then the cannabis driver arrived with the items. The driver apologized for being so late and told me that the order had been overlooked until I called to question what was going on. The driver had two extra 1 gram infused pre-rolls in the bag, then he told me the infused pre rolls were of no charge to me because of the trouble. They were valued at $20 each.
